Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the importer of pre-packaged commodities shall apply to the National Commission in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the National Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
