Intimation of change.—Every importer of pre-packaged commodities shall intimate to the National Commission, in Form B and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the National Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
