Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the organiser of a pilgrimage shall apply to the Hotel Classification Committee in Form VIII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Hotel Classification Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
