Surrender of certificate.—Every organiser of a pilgrimage who ceases to carry on the conduct of a pilgrimage shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Hotel Classification Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every conservation plan held by him has been disposed of.
