Surrender of certificate.—Every deponent before a commission who ceases to carry on the giving of evidence before a commission shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Review Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
