Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the liquidator shall apply to the Regional Director in Form PAS-3 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Regional Director shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
