Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the amateur radio operator shall apply to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees, and the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
