Conditions of registration.—Every operator of a citizen service centre shall carry on the running of a citizen service centre only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every statement of assets in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such statement of assets for inspection on request by the Public Information Officer, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
