Application for registration.—Every operator of a citizen service centre carrying on the running of a citizen service centre shall make an application for registration to the Competent Authority in Form A, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every public register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
