Application for registration.—Every process server carrying on the service of process shall make an application for registration to the District Judge in Form A, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every record held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
