Intimation of change.—Every dealer in wild animal articles shall intimate to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, in Form V and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
