Surrender of certificate.—Every guardian appointed by the court who ceases to carry on the management of the property of a minor shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every account held by him has been disposed of.
