Application for registration.—Every guardian appointed by the court carrying on the management of the property of a minor shall make an application for registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in Form IV, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every notice of intended marriage held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
