Conditions of registration.—Every guardian appointed by the court shall carry on the management of the property of a minor only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every notice of intended marriage in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such notice of intended marriage for inspection on request by the Conciliation Officer, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
