Maintenance of premises.—Every guardian appointed by the court shall keep the premises where the management of the property of a minor is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every succession certificate kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the management of the property of a minor, and shall furnish to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in Form I, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
