Safe custody.—Every guardian appointed by the court shall keep every notice of intended marriage to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the management of the property of a minor is carried on, shall record in Form VII the description of every notice of intended marriage so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Himachal Pradesh within forty-five days of the close of each year.
