Application for registration.—Every child care institution carrying on the care of children in an institution shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Marriages in Form V, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every register of births held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
