Application for registration.—Every owner of a public building carrying on the provision of access to a public building shall make an application for registration to the Government of Rajasthan in Form I, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every certificate of disability held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
