Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the valuer appointed by the court shall apply to the High Court in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees, and the High Court shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
