Surrender of certificate.—Every customs house agent who ceases to carry on the clearance of goods for import or export shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form SEZ-2 of the manner in which every register of imports held by him has been disposed of.
