Application for registration.—Every organiser of a public assembly carrying on the holding of a public assembly shall make an application for registration to the Government of Maharashtra in Form V, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every magazine held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
