Intimation of change.—Every taxable person shall intimate to the Authority for Advance Ruling, in Form GST RFD-01 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Authority for Advance Ruling shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
