Correction of entries.—The Superintendent of Police may, on an application made in Form III by any manufacturer of fireworks or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than sixty days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
