Intimation of change.—Every salvor shall intimate to the Registrar of Ships, in Form 2 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Ships shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
