Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a motor transport undertaking shall apply to the Labour Commissioner in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Labour Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
