Intimation of change.—Every owner of a motor transport undertaking shall intimate to the Labour Commissioner, in Form I and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Labour Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
