Application for registration.—Every nidhi company carrying on the business of a nidhi shall make an application for registration to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form B, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every register of loans held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
