Report to the Government.—The Plant Varieties Authority shall prepare, within ninety days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of performers whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Himachal Pradesh and publish it within three hundred and sixty-five days of its preparation.
