Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer who ceases to carry on dealing in motor vehicles shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Maharashtra in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every certificate of fitness held by him has been disposed of.
