Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Registering Officer in the custody of the Labour Enforcement Officer, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Registering Officer; and where the Labour Enforcement Officer having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form VI within thirty days of the succession.
