Intimation of change.—Every transporter of explosives shall intimate to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, in Form III and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Sub-Divisional Magistrate shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
