Authorised agent.—Any creditor may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these regulations, shall intimate to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in Form CHG-1 the name and address of the agent within thirty days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within thirty days of the revocation.
