Application for registration.—Every creditor carrying on the recovery of debts shall make an application for registration to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in Form PAS-3, within sixty days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every resolution held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
