Regulation 2, CCI (Forms of Creditors) Regulations, 2007 [S6K-PRP]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Competition Act, 2003 (12 of 2003); (b) "creditor" means a person carrying on the recovery of debts; (c) "certificate of incorporation" means a certificate of incorporation received, held or disposed of by a creditor in the course of the recovery of debts; (d) "Form CHG-1" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
