Rule 4, Industries and Commerce Department (Deputy Examiner Of Patents) Recruitment Rules, 2007 [S6K-PJ2]

Method of recruitment, age limit and other qualifications.—The method of recruitment to the post of Deputy Examiner Of Patents in the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Uttarakhand shall be fifty per cent. by direct recruitment and fifty per cent. by promotion; the age limit for direct recruits shall be thirty-two years, relaxable for Government servants up to five years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Government from time to time; and the essential qualification shall be a Master's degree from a recognised University with two years' experience in the relevant field.
