Surrender of certificate.—Every debenture trustee who ceases to carry on the protection of the interests of debenture holders shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Competition Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form ADT-1 of the manner in which every statement of affairs held by him has been disposed of.
