Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the fish farmer shall apply to the Board in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
