Intimation of change.—Every owner of a lift irrigation scheme shall intimate to the Government of Gujarat, in Form H and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Gujarat shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
