Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the establishment shall apply to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority in Form 20 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
