Forms.—The forms specified in the Schedule shall be used for the purposes for which they are so specified, and where no form is specified for any purpose, an application, return or intimation which contains the particulars these rules require shall be sufficient; Form 13 and Form 2 shall be supplied by the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees, and a form so supplied shall bear the date on which it was supplied and shall be used within sixty days of that date.
