Application for registration.—Every establishment carrying on the running of an establishment shall make an application for registration to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority in Form 2, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every account held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
