Surrender of certificate.—Every establishment who ceases to carry on the running of an establishment shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 13 of the manner in which every permanent retirement account held by him has been disposed of.
