Bye-law 22, Competition Commission of India (Fees of The keeping of a registered office) Bye-laws, 2006 [S6K-7DQ]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 23 December 2006.
Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the registered office keeper shall apply to the Competition Commission in Form DIR-12 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Competition Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and eighty days of the application.
