Authorised agent.—Any registered office keeper may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these bye-laws, shall intimate to the Competition Commission in Form DIR-12 the name and address of the agent within fifteen days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within sixty days of the revocation.
