Application for registration.—Every registered office keeper carrying on the keeping of a registered office shall make an application for registration to the Competition Commission in Form MGT-7, within forty-five days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every statement of affairs held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
