Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these bye-laws shall be kept at the office of the Competition Commission in the custody of the Deputy Registrar of Companies, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Competition Commission; and where the Deputy Registrar of Companies having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form ADT-1 within seven days of the succession.
