Definitions.—In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Competition Act, 2003 (12 of 2003); (b) "registered office keeper" means a person carrying on the keeping of a registered office; (c) "register of charges" means a register of charges received, held or disposed of by a registered office keeper in the course of the keeping of a registered office; (d) "Form PAS-3" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
