Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a slaughter house who ceases to carry on the running of a slaughter house shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registering Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every analysis report held by him has been disposed of.
