Application for registration.—Every operator of a slaughter house carrying on the running of a slaughter house shall make an application for registration to the Registering Authority in Form H, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every register of purchases held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
