Surrender of certificate.—Every research analyst who ceases to carry on the publication of research reports shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Recognised Stock Exchange in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every unit held by him has been disposed of.
